Their Story: Christine’s life has been scarred by difficult circumstances and bad choices. She has three children with three different fathers and a fourth baby due in a few months. Previously, Christine sold thrift clothes in the local market (bags of clothing still fill a room of her home), but she has stopped business at this time to care for her sick and elderly mother. Christine needs help to stabilize her situation and learn new skills and ways of relating.

Goals for the Future: Once her baby is born, Christine wants to return to selling thrift items in a small kiosk at the neighborhood market.

Your support of $50/month for three years will provide financial training, health and hygiene education, parenting classes, and counseling. It will also cover instruction, support and mentoring to establish and run a small business to secure a bright future for this family.
