Tabitha Ondeche Kitongi

Their Story: Tabitha is a 28 year-old mother of three children. She was in high school when she became pregnant with her son. She subsequently married her high school sweetheart, and they had two more children together. However, Tabitha was eventually forced to leave the marriage due to increasing incidents of domestic violence. Tabitha is currently employed at a small café doing bookwork for the business and filling in as a waitress as necessary. She makes a little more than $1/day, which is not enough to support her family.

Goals for the Future: Tabitha wants to pursue work in tourism management. Monthly support will help enable Tabitha to return to school to take courses which will lead to more profitable work.
